I acknowledge and agree to the Bright Minds payment terms and conditions.
I understand that tutoring fees are required to be either:
• paid upfront in advance; or
• if paying weekly, my account must remain a minimum of one week in advance at all times.
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure all payments are made by the required due dates to secure my child’s tutoring position.
I acknowledge that failure to keep fees up-to-date may result in tutoring sessions being ceased or suspended in accordance with the Bright Minds Cancellation Policy until outstanding fees are paid.
I understand that if fee commitments are not met, the outstanding fees will be referred to the Small Claims Office, and any associated recovery costs will be charged to the customer.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms.

At Bright Minds, we believe that consistency is one of the most important factors in helping children achieve success in their learning.
By enrolling in tutoring and mentoring, I understand that regular attendance is crucial for my child to make meaningful progress and gain the full benefit of their sessions. Missed sessions and inconsistent attendance can impact confidence, skill development, and overall learning outcomes.
I acknowledge that additional support and practice at home may also be recommended at times to help reinforce concepts taught during tutoring sessions and maximise my child’s success.
By signing this form, I am committing to supporting my child’s tutoring journey through regular attendance, communication with Bright Minds, and encouraging any recommended home support activities where possible.
