How Co-Glow works
● As a team, decide on what values are important to your business
● Vote on the top 7 values that are the MOST important to your staff for a positive work environment
● Choose a colour from the wax beads to represent each value
● As a staff decorate your candle jars with the words you have chosen to focus on
● When pouring each colour of wax bead, identify the value to the colour
Example colour values
Blue = Trust We value Trust so our staff feel important and know they can lean on each other when needed.
Green = Collaboration We value Collaboration to work as a team to best support the needs of our business
Pink = Respect
We value Respect. Respect for ourselves, respect for each other, respect for our clients, and respect for our community.
Red = Leadership
We value Leadership. We value that we can openly talk to our managers and that they can support their staff.
Purple = Communication
We value Communication. That we can speak up and ask questions in a safe and respectful environment, that we can openly share our concerns and ideas with our team.
White = Learning
We value Learning. Together we can provide a safe and happy learning environment that allows for growth and lifelong learning.
Yellow = Happiness
We value happiness, smiles, positive attitudes and lifting each other up to be the best that we can be.
